Sin Free

A Psalm of David, Maschil. “Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.” Psalm 32:1

Sin is the hideous rebellion from all that is good.  It is missing the mark of what GOD has planed for us in order to live a peaceful, happy life.

The fact is, “All have sinned” from birth “they go astray, speaking lies” ( Rom. 3:23, Psa. 58:3).  There are none righteous, no, not one” (Rom. 3:10).  Until we experience a relationship with CHRIST and His forgiveness for our sin we have no idea of the depth of GOD’ love.  We really don’t understand peace or joy.  Peace and joy without CHRIST is here and there.  One day you have it the next you don’t.  It is a fragmented peace, incomplete and uncommon.  “Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven”

Sin tries to control us through the flesh and when we fall to its temptation it makes us most miserable.  We lose our joy and peace wants to hid from us.  The departure from peace can cause two reactions. 1. We continue in it and live worthless lives or, 2. We turn it over to the only One that can forgive and bring peace once again to us.  A true believer will never stay in the place where sin is but will fall under conviction and cry out to GOD who covers us with the blood of JESUS! This is the sign of those, “whose sin is covered.”

Sin destroys and make us weep.
Shatters our lives, and takes our sleep.

It hurts the very ones we love the most.
Separating our lives to the uttermost.

It tears down the peace that we once had.
When our hearts rejoiced and we were glad.

Oh but listen to the answer to sins dismay.
The forgiveness of GOD, takes it all away!

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
