14 JUST ASK

“Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.”  Psalm 2:8

The Father says, “Ask of Me”. When we do, His response will be,“I shall give Thee”. No mention of time is involved but the vehement conclusion is, it will be done.
The power of prayer is life to the unbeliever and to the believer it is the enabling power that keeps us going. Without prayer we are withered and fruitless trees. We become complacent without prayer, and inside we dry up. Pray on and pray again, never set it aside. Depend on God and not yourselves. Just ask!
What shall we ask and not receive?
If we trust the Savior and only believe?
Is there a limit to what could be done,
If we place our trust in the Son?
There's just one requirement for answered prayer.
To believe in Jesus and know He's there.
So, when we're faced with the impossible my friend.
Cry out to Jesus, and on Him depend.

“Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Mark 11:24
