Let Go and Let GOD

“What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.” Psalm 25:12

Mans knowledge is never a requirement for GOD to choose a person for His service, He chooses whom He will!  There is only one credential GOD requires, he or she “must be born again”.  Along with this credential we must lean totally on GOD and not ourselves.

The world wants to see what we know and where we’ve been, but GOD says, forget what you know and leave where you’ve been, “Come follow Me”.  GOD teaches the teachable.  He doesn’t care how smart you are or who you know, other than His SON.

Along with mans knowledge comes pride.  In order for GOD to use anyone, pride must go out the door.  GOD’s knowledge comes by the process of faith and with it the assurance of His presence.

I’ve forgotten what I know
To learn about the LORD.
Trusting what GOD says,
To be of one accord.

He has enlightened my soul
To such a great degree.
Teaching me of His way.
So He can make use of me.

“Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:25-31
